Start the year at Entré with FREE Sauna & Ice Bath, and Crossfit if you're Brave enough!

Together with ENTRÉ and BRAVE Fitness, we invite you to start the year in the best way possible with relaxation in the sauna, infusion rituals and ice baths.

If you want to try crossfit, Brave will offer three classes in the morning.

⏰ 9-15: Enjoy sauna caravan, sauna tent, ice bath, Aufguss and crossfit at Fredstorget Entré experience center in Malmö! Come and start the year with us and together with PAUS and Brave Fitness.

‼️ Bring: Swim slippers Two towels (one to sit on and one to dry yourself with) Note! Swimwear is mandatory Water bottle Dressing robe and swimming cap are optional Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available at Brave Fitness, whose premises are located next door to the sauna event on Pilgatan, Fredstorget at Entré.
