Hi there, fellow sauna lover - or soon to be.

I’m Tobias, the founder of PAUS.

I’d love to share a few words about why I started PAUS and why I’m trying to spread sauna culture in every possible way I can.

In these busy and uncertain times, I believe it’s more important than ever to slow down, simplify life, and find spaces where we can meet each other in a more present and loving way.

In a culture that often celebrates rushing, competition, and individuality, I want to offer the opposite:

A space where we come together as humans in a calm, caring, and relaxed way - and appreciate being here, in the most simplest way.

And I still haven’t found a better place for this than in a sauna. The sauna brings us together. We soften up, we let go, and we connect with each other in a kinder, more humble way.

I hope you feel something similar when you step into the sauna - whether with me, with others, or anywhere in the world.

Honestly, I’m just happy if you find any sauna that brings you some peace of mind.
