Surrounded by water, forest and wide skies, Paus Sauna Festival becomes a place to breathe, reconnect and simply enjoy the good sauna life - together.

Here, different sauna experiences meet the raw calm of nature. Wood-fired warmth, gentle aromatics, guided sauna rituals, yoga, breathwork and refreshing dips in the lake, and moments of stillness blend into a full day of presence and wellbeing.

Walk barefoot on soft ground, let the steam settle over your skin, feel the air shift between heat and coolness, and let the landscape around Arriesjön do the rest.
