In the quiet beauty of the nature reserve at Arriesjön, only 18 minutes from Malmö, we gather for a day where the pulse slows down and the senses open. Surrounded by water, forest and wide skies, Paus Sauna Festival becomes a place to breathe, reconnect and simply enjoy the good sauna life - together.
Here, different sauna experiences meet the raw calm of nature. Wood-fired warmth, gentle aromatics, guided sauna rituals, yoga, breathwork and refreshing dips in the lake, and moments of stillness blend into a full day of presence and wellbeing.
Walk barefoot on soft ground, let the steam settle over your skin, feel the air shift between heat and coolness, and let the landscape around Arriesjön do the rest.
This is a festival without rush, without noise - just people, warmth, nature and the shared joy of being in the moment.

PAUS SAUNA FESTIVAL : AFTERGLOW
New for this year is an intimate evening session, 18.00 - 21.00, for only 40 guests – specially created for those who want to enjoy classic sauna, beautiful nature, and wonderful swims in the lake. We're stripping away the day's schedule and activities to make room for what's most important: a magical evening filled with pure relaxation, warmth, and unburdened community.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer or give your ticket to a friend. We kindly ask you to inform us of this well in advance before September 19.

We deliver, we set up, you relax.
Your ultimate sauna experience will be fully set up and waiting for you upon arrival. No heavy lifting, no hassle -just pure relaxation.
What’s Included:
Spacious Sauna Tent: Comfortably fits 8–10 people.
Firewood: One full sack to keep the heat going.
2 hours of sauna: Plenty of time to relax and unwind.
Steam Essentials: A bucket and fresh water for the perfect löyly (steam) on the rocks.
Add-On: Paddle & Plunge (4–6 SUP Boards)
Take your sauna session to the water. Whether you want to cool off after a sweat or explore the shoreline, we’ll include 4 to 6 Stand-Up Paddleboards tailored to your group size. Swap the heat for the water and make a day of it.
