⏰ 10.00–11.30 – Workout with @360maxwennow

🔥 11.30–14.00 – Sauna & ice bath with @bastupaus (Bring towel & water)

👉 Everyone is welcome, regardless of level or experience. You can train, ask questions or just come by and feel the atmosphere. Several of our coaches will be on site all day 💬
